Introduction
PT Alma Indonesia Raya (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “BIDBOX” or “We”) provides a subscription-based application, namely BIDBOX, to assist its Users in conducting the buying and selling of Crypto Assets in both spot and futures markets.
This BIDBOX Application Privacy Policy governs how BIDBOX collects, stores, uses, processes, controls, protects, maintains, transfers, and discloses information collected from you as a User of mobile applications (Android and iOS), websites, and all products or services provided by BIDBOX.
Definitions
Crypto Asset Trading Activities
The activity of buying and selling Crypto Assets based on an agreement reached between bid prices and ask prices occurring within a Crypto Asset market or exchange platform.
Account
A BIDBOX Account used to access the Services and representing a person’s membership as a BIDBOX User.
Crypto Asset
An intangible commodity in digital form, utilizing cryptography and decentralized technology principles based on a peer-to-peer network known as the Blockchain Network.
Personal Data
Data concerning an identified or identifiable individual, either directly or indirectly, whether independently or in combination with other information, through electronic or non-electronic systems.
Active User
A User who has a BIDBOX Account, has purchased BIDBOX Services, and has given consent to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of BIDBOX.
Personal Information Obtained and Collected
BIDBOX may collect personally identifiable information from Users in various ways when Users visit the BIDBOX website, access and register within the BIDBOX application, and connect with other similar activities.

Email address and phone number
Transaction Data
Order details, Crypto Asset purchases, transaction history
Technical Data
IP address, login data, browser type, operating system
Profile Data
Username, password, interests, preferences
Biometric Data
Facial identification files and/or other body-related biometric data
Data Acquisition
BIDBOX may receive, obtain, and collect User data under the following circumstances:
- When the User registers or creates an account in the BIDBOX Application
- When the User uses features or functions available in the BIDBOX Application
- When the User subscribes to BIDBOX Services
- When the User records and uploads user-generated content
- When the User uses the chat function in the BIDBOX Application
- When the User participates in competitions, promotions, or surveys
- When the User participates in activities or campaigns
- When the User interacts with BIDBOX representatives offline
Use of Data
BIDBOX may use all or part of the collected data for the following purposes:
Identifying and registering Users and managing User accounts
Facilitating required verification processes including KYC
Providing, processing, and facilitating orders and transactions on PFAK
Communicating with Users regarding Application usage
Monitoring and analyzing User activities, behavior, and demographic data
Sending marketing communications, advertisements, promotions, surveys, and special offers
Research, analysis, development, and product testing
Monitoring or investigating suspicious transactions
Law enforcement or compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

BIDBOX implements various security measures and endeavors to ensure the protection of Users’ Personal Data within the BIDBOX system. Personal Data is stored behind secure networks and is accessible only by a limited number of employees who have special access rights.
Data Retention
BIDBOX will retain Personal Data in accordance with applicable Data Protection Laws and Regulations. BIDBOX will destroy or anonymize Personal Data when the purpose of collection is no longer relevant or retention is no longer required for legal or business purposes.
Disclosure of Personal Data
Confidentiality Guarantee
BIDBOX guarantees that it does not sell, disclose, transfer, distribute, or lend Users’ Personal Data to any third party without the User’s consent.
Exceptions to data disclosure:

BIDBOX DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA AND/OR OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED BY USERS ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES.
In an effort to provide increased value, BIDBOX may choose to link to various third-party websites. Each linked site has its own independent privacy policy. BIDBOX is not responsible for the content, security settings, or activities of such linked websites.
Miscellaneous
Child Protection
The Services are not intended for children under the age of 17. BIDBOX does not knowingly collect or store Personal Data from anyone under the age of 17.

BIDBOX may update this Privacy Policy at any time. BIDBOX encourages Users to carefully read and periodically review this Privacy Policy page.
IF THE USER DOES NOT CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING BIDBOX SERVICES OR ACCESSING THE BIDBOX APPLICATION.
