Welcome to BIDBOX. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our application. By accessing or using BIDBOX Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth below.
Risk Warning Cryptocurrency asset trading involves high risk and may result in loss of capital. Ensure that you fully understand the risks before using BIDBOX Services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the BIDBOX application provided by PT Alma Indonesia Raya ("Company", "BIDBOX", "We"), you ("User", "You") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use BIDBOX Services.
BIDBOX is a Technology-Based Advisory Service Application in the field of Crypto Asset Futures Trading in the form of a subscription-based Expert Advisor that assists Users in executing the buying and selling of Crypto Assets in spot and futures markets.
Definitions and Interpretation
Crypto Asset
An intangible digital commodity that utilizes cryptography and blockchain technology based on a peer-to-peer network and is traded on platforms.
Account
A BIDBOX account used to access the Services and represents membership as a BIDBOX User.
Active User
A User who has a BIDBOX Account, has purchased BIDBOX Services, and has provided consent to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
BIDBOX System
A tool that assists in Crypto Asset trading, capable of reading crypto market movements, placing positions, and executing transactions automatically based on algorithms provided by the User.
PFAK (Physical Crypto Asset Trader)
A party that has obtained approval from the Head of Bappebti to conduct Crypto Asset transaction activities.
Registration and User Account
Registration Process
To use BIDBOX Services, Users must:
- Register through the BIDBOX application
- Provide accurate and complete personal data
- Complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process
- Complete the Risk Profiling form
- Be at least 17 years old
Accuracy of Information
Users agree to:
- Not submit inaccurate or misleading information
- Notify BIDBOX of any inaccuracies or changes in information
- Periodically update personal data
Account Security
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password
- All activities conducted under their account
- Immediately notifying BIDBOX of any unauthorized use
Service Description
Scope of Services
BIDBOX provides:
- Automated tools for Crypto Asset trading
- Access to spot and futures markets through PFAK
- Trading algorithms based on User configurations
- Crypto market movement analysis
- Automated execution of buy and sell transactions
Service Limitations
BIDBOX DOES NOT:
- Guarantee profits from trading
- Take responsibility for trading losses
- Directly store or manage Users' Crypto Assets
- Provide personalized investment advice
Trading Risks
Users understand that:
- Crypto Asset trading involves high risk
- Crypto Asset values are highly volatile
- Losses may exceed the initial investment
- There is no guarantee of positive results
User Rights and Obligations
User Obligations
Users agree to:
- Use the Services in accordance with applicable laws
- Not use the Services for illegal activities
- Not engage in market manipulation or fraudulent practices
- Not interfere with or damage the BIDBOX system
- Not share account access with third parties
- Take full responsibility for trading decisions
Prohibited Use
Users are PROHIBITED from:
- Using bots or automated tools other than those provided by BIDBOX
- Performing reverse engineering on the system
- Misusing data or information from the platform
- Engaging in actions that harm other users
- Using the Services for money laundering or terrorism financing
User Rights
Users have the right to:
- Access and use the Services in accordance with the terms
- Receive technical support from BIDBOX
- Terminate the use of the Services at any time
- Submit complaints or inquiries
Privacy and Data Protection
Data Collection
BIDBOX collects:
- Identity data (name, gender, profile image)
- Contact data (email, phone number)
- Transaction data and trading history
- Technical data (IP address, device information)
- Location and biometric data (if permitted)
Data Usage
User data is used for:

- Providing and improving Services
- Monitoring suspicious transactions

BIDBOX is committed to:

- Not selling Users' personal data

- PFAK for transaction execution
- Legal authorities if required

Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
BIDBOX provides the Services "AS IS" without warranties of:
- Uninterrupted availability
- 100% accuracy of trading algorithms
- Specific results or profits
- Absolute security against cyber attacks
Limitation of Liability
BIDBOX is NOT responsible for:
- Financial losses from Crypto Asset trading
- Technical disruptions or platform downtime
- Data errors from third parties (PFAK)
- Force majeure or events beyond control
- User actions or negligence
- Regulatory changes affecting the Services
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify BIDBOX against:
- Third-party claims resulting from violations of the terms
- Losses arising from unauthorized use
- Legal costs incurred due to User actions
Suspension and Termination
BIDBOX Rights
BIDBOX reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate User accounts without prior notice
- Refuse service to any party
- Modify or discontinue Services at any time
Grounds for Suspension/Termination
- Violation of the Terms of Service
- Suspicious or illegal activities
- Requests from legal authorities
- Repeated payment failures
- System misuse
Consequences of Termination
After termination:
- Access to the Services will be discontinued
- Data may be retained in accordance with legal obligations
- No refunds for fees already paid
- Existing obligations remain in effect
Intellectual Property
Copyright
All content, design, logos, and BIDBOX technology are:
- The exclusive property of PT Alma Indonesia Raya
- Protected by intellectual property laws
- Not to be used without written permission
Limited License
BIDBOX grants a limited license to:
- Use the Services in accordance with the terms
- Access materials for personal use
- Does not include the right to modify or distribute
Prohibitions
Users may NOT:
- Copy or reproduce the BIDBOX system
- Redistribute content without permission
- Use BIDBOX trademarks without consent
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by:
- The laws of the Republic of Indonesia
- Bappebti regulations on Crypto Assets
- Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection
- Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (and its amendments)
Dispute Resolution Mechanism
Disputes shall be resolved through the following stages:
- 1.Direct negotiation and mutual deliberation
- 2.Mediation with a neutral third party
- 3.Arbitration or court proceedings
Jurisdiction
- Courts in Jakarta, Indonesia have exclusive jurisdiction
- Arbitration decisions are final and binding

Amendments to the Terms
Right to Modify

User Responsibility

General Provisions
Language
These Terms of Service are drafted in Indonesian. In the event of a translation, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
Entire Agreement
This document together with the Privacy Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the User and BIDBOX.
Severability
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
Waiver
Failure by BIDBOX to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
Assignment
BIDBOX may assign its rights and obligations to another party. Users may not assign without written consent.
